Read by a wonderfully informed narrator, the program talks about anxiety conditions with compassion and clarity, and gives the listener optimism and some nice tools for recognizing the different ways anxiety can mess up our functioning. Along with great advice about self-treatment and prevention, there are up-to-date descriptions about professional therapies.
